Dallan Flint has been in the beauty industry for 20+ years. He considers himself a student of life and believes there’s always something we can learn from one another. His specialty is a little bit of everything. Blonding, Color, Handtied Beaded Row Extensions and major transformations are his FAVORITES behind the chair. He has won several awards for his work, and has been recognized nationally & internationally in magazines and competitions around the world. Teddy overseas all the COLLECTIV schools for quality education and trains all our educators. A leader inside the artistic team.

This padding is mainly used for Geisha hair and is very precious in Japan due to the decline of the Geisha traditions, I was so very lucky to have @lisayamasaki_jshairstudio show me how to use this traditional hair padding. This padding is super strong, coarse in texture and is way more versatile than your hair doughnuts. Like magic you can create any volume or shape you need again and again! It’s pure genius… thank you Lisa for showing me your ways!
